We are currently hiring for:
- Deck Labourers – Assist with site preparation, deck construction, framing, and clean-up. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Experienced Machinery Operators – Operate diggers, bobcats, and other equipment to support deck building services and landscaping work. WTR license required. Experience with construction or landscaping services is preferred.
- Truck Drivers – Deliver decking materials and equipment to sites across palmerston north. Class 2 or 4 license required.
- Site Supervisors – Lead crews, manage project timelines, ensure safety compliance, and work closely with clients. Leadership experience and clear communication skills are essential.
- Project Coordinators – Handle scheduling, quoting, and communication between clients and our skilled team. This role is ideal for those with administration or construction project experience.
